I went to the Lancaster store this morning, Saturday 12/1 and was greeted by Tina. I described to her what type of carpet I was looking for and she jumped right in showing me different options. Once when I had decided on the carpet I wanted I placed the order and Tina said that my carpet will be laid next Thursday or Friday. Often times the conversation will end but Tina and I sat and talked a spell. Very sweet lady very knowledgeable didn't try selling me something that I didn't want. I highly recommend anyone needing flooring to go see Tina.

This is a carpet shopping extravaganza as the showroom is incredibly large. I can't imagine another place having more to choose from for flooring needs, not just for carpet, which is why I stopped in. I was most impressed with the help I received for choosing a carpet. I was shown several samples along with different paddings. I was even encouraged to stand on the samples to get an idea of how the installed carpet would feel. In the end, I feel I made an informed decision about the carpet and padding that fits my budget and preferences. I have no desire to look elsewhere for my future flooring

Recently bought an oriental style wool stair runner to replace one that I loved and was showing wear on the edges. Wool is definitely the best choice for stairs as my old one still was good for the most part after almost 40 years ! Frank Essis personally came out to advise me on a new selection, found just what I wanted, sent an excellent installer to do the job, and we are completely happy with it.The old carpet was taken up, cleaned and reinstalled on our basement stairway and looks great and has a new lease on life for perhaps another 40 years!!!!
